**PROCESSING TIME: 7 days before shipping. Please add 1 additional day for multiple items. 1 set of magnets = 7 days, 2 sets of magnets = 8 days, 3 sets of magnets = 9 days ect.

Refunds & Exchanges: All items are handmade to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final—no refunds or exchanges once shipped.

Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, orders already in production are subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover materials and labor.

Processing Time: All order processing times are listed in red under each specific item but most processing times take 1-3 weeks for item to be made before shipment. Shipping & Damages: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos so we can assist. We are not responsible for lost items marked as delivered if shipped to the correct address that was given during checkout. Please contact the shipping carrier for lost packages. 

Quality & Handmade Variations: All items are handmade to order. Because of this process, slight variations may occur from piece to piece. Even when ordering multiple of the same item, small differences in color, placement, or finish are natural and part of the handmade character of each piece.
