Shipping & Damages: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos so we can assist. We are not responsible for lost items marked as delivered if shipped to the correct address that was given during checkout. Please contact the shipping carrier for lost packages. 

Processing Time: All order processing times are listed in red under each specific item but most processing times take 1-3 weeks for item to be made before shipment. Processing and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. If you need your order by a specific date, please message us via the chat box or email at help@bywaverlyvienna.com before purchasing. Only confirmed deadlines are guaranteed.

Quality & Handmade Variations: All items are handmade to order. Because of this process, slight variations may occur from piece to piece. Even when ordering multiple of the same item, small differences in color, placement, or finish are natural and part of the handmade character of each piece.
